CARLA JANE ROBINSON,
Regional Women's Ministries President
From
growing up in a pastor’s home until now, Carla Robinson’s life has been centered
in ministry. As a child, Carla’s perspectives were shaped through being exposed
to a wide variety of cultural, economic, and geographical areas of the United
States from Southern towns to northeast urban communities and from rural schools
to inner city all-girl institutions. These life experiences have helped prepare
her to connect with women from differing backgrounds.
Co-pastoring with her husband for 14 years in
multi cultural churches, raising three small children while staying closely
connected with extended family, acting as homemaker, and working outside the
home on a constant list of projects, Carla has a first-hand understanding of the
pressures and multi-tasking demands faced by 21st century women.
Her ministry has enabled Carla to teach men and
women alike in churches, conferences, retreats, and special events throughout
the country. Of all of Carla’s roles, her most cherished is that of wife and
mother of Stone, Abby, and Lily.
Carla brings her unique blend of real life humor, transparency and understanding
of the Word of God to lead, labor alongside of, and challenge the women of the
North Central Region to live holy lifestyles and grow in the grace and knowledge
of Jesus Christ.
