One of the measurable goals that Bishop Cary laid out at the 2022 Minister's Meeting in October was that each local church put together a written report that assesses the current state of the discipleship ministries that are taking place. This page provides the avenue for accomplishing that task.
Developing the report for a local church involves a five-step process:
Step #1 - Formulate a list of all discipleship activities that are taking place within the church
Step #2 - Submit an online form that provides various details about each of the previously identified discipleship activities
Step #3 - Request a preliminary report from the Regional Office
Step #4 - Review the preliminary report and then complete an online summation form
Step #5 - Receive a final Local Church Discipleship Assessment Report from the Regional Office
Senior/lead pastors should coordinate this effort within their local church and involve their leaders in assisting with this project. Investing time in Step 1 to develop a comprehensive list will be integral to ensuring that this evaluation is thorough. Once the complete list is finalized, the senior/lead pastor should work with the appropriate leader to complete and submit an online form for each item on the list developed in Step 1. Use the “Discipleship Activity Report” button below to submit the form.
Once a submission has been made for all items on the list, used the “Finalize Report” button below to provide synopsis information. The Regional Office will provide the completed report to the senior/lead pastor after all submissions have been provided.
Call the Regional Office if you have any questions.
